Chelmor Property initially carried out variety of small refurbishment projects in West London.
Chelmor acquired a prime site on the Elizabeth marina in St Helier and obtained planning consent for a 195 bedroom 4-star conference hotel. With partners, Chelmor then developed this property, which is now managed for the company by the Radisson Hotel Group and branded as a RadissonBLU
Chelmor also acquired a block of 48 apartments in St Helier which the company refurbished in order to accommodate hotel staff.
