About Chelmor

Chelmor Property Limited was founded in 1999 by Neil Jenkins BSc MRICS, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986.

Prior to founding Chelmor Property, Neil worked as the Principal Development Surveyor at London Regional Transport Property in London followed by Development Manager for McInerney Estates in London and Jersey.

This was followed by time in the City as the Associate Director for Muller International and then, Managing Director for Bilfinger and Berger Development UK Ltd in the West End of London.

During this time, projects included

Gloucester Park, Kensington, London, W8
A joint venture between London Regional Transport and his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum to develop 104 apartments, 40,000 sq ft of offices and a retail arcade. The development also included a refurbishment of Gloucester Road Underground Station.

Mansion House underground station, Cannon Street, London, EC4
A joint venture between London Regional Transport and MEPC to create 44,000 sq ft of offices above Mansion House underground station. The Station was also refurbished.

106 – 108 Wigmore Street, London, W1
A development by McInerney Estates Plc to create approx 3,000 sq ft of offices buit behind a retained façade with retail at ground floor. Planning consent was obtained to build another floor.

346 Kensington High Street, Kensington, London W14
A new build office development by McInerney Estates Plc of 21,000 sq ft with A3 use on ground floor. Planning consent was granted for another floor and a greater overall density on the site.

51 – 55 Marlborough Hill, St John’s Wood, London, NW8
A development by Bilfinger + Berger Development UK Ltd to build 35 new luxury apartments above an underground car park for 41 cars in prime St John’s Wood.
